Organizer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and successful event, organizers must provide:

Liability insurance naming Sweet River as additional insured
Porta‑potties (required for all events)
Trash removal and cleanup
Security and/or volunteer staffing
Medical/first aid plan
Fire safety plan
Parking and traffic management
All equipment, tents, lighting, and power sources
All event staff, volunteers, and operations

Sweet River does not provide event management, staffing, equipment, or utilities. We provide the land — you run the event.

$3,500 Includes setup, event days, and teardown.
